Responsible organization

The organization primarily responsible for this flow is Charter Global Trading, with its operating base in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

Data the app may capture

When a person uses enabled forms or features, the flow may record:

• Name.
• Telephone number.
• Email address.
• Nationality.
• Company, when the person chooses to provide it.
• Searches performed within the app.

How the data is used

• To answer inquiries and requests.
• To provide operational or commercial follow-up to the conversation initiated.
• To organize searches and commercial intelligence related to the requirement.
• To send marketing communications only when optional consent has been provided for that purpose.

Internal recipients

The information may be received and managed by the internal teams associated with ceo@charterglobal.co and operations@charterglobal.co, according to the inquiry and follow-up required.

Confidentiality and security

Searches are not published or shown to other prospects. Charter Global Trading receives and processes them to answer the request, perform the authorized search, and provide the relevant follow-up. Operational access is limited to authorized personnel and essential technical providers required to deliver the service.

• HTTPS transmission when the service is published.
• Session protection through an essential cookie unavailable to JavaScript.
• Request validation, anti-abuse limits, and server-side storage.
• No public directory or public function to view, edit, or delete prospects.

Charter applies reasonable security measures, but no Internet-connected system can promise zero risk. Any relevant incident that is detected will be assessed and handled according to the available information and applicable obligations.

Technical providers

When enabled within the flow, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script may participate in receiving or organizing data. The website or app hosting provider may also be involved in delivering the corresponding technical service. Because this is an international operation, these services may process data in countries other than the country of the person making the inquiry.

These providers are named to describe their technical role when enabled; that mention does not by itself extend the purposes stated in this notice.

Session and credentials

The app may use an essential session cookie to preserve session continuity or an enabled function. Marketplace passwords are not requested or stored within this flow.

Retention, correction, and deletion

Data is kept only as long as necessary to answer the request, preserve the operational history, and meet applicable obligations. A person may request access, correction, or deletion of their information and may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time by contacting Operations. A deletion request may remain subject to records Charter must retain for legal or contractual reasons.
